Ai-Yai-Yai!
By our very own Zhan D'vega. Never trifle with a girl's affections.

Better Days...
By Jay Naylor. An interesting pre-scripted story about the life of Fisk as he grows up. (And not in a "Family Circus forever young" way.) Coupled with Jay Naylor's excellent artwork.

Bob and George
One of the earliest sprite webccomics around, and pretty much started the Mega Man sprite comic craze. High-quality and funny throughout the years. I also recommend some of the sub-comics (I particularly enjoyed Jailhouse Blues).

Coldflame
Admin-assist and uber-poster H Hog has three comics (two running) that you should keep an eye on, and while he's also hosting The Horror in the Comics and Hoaxes Archive of this site, you should still go to Coldflame to check out the Smash Comics, and the N-Hof saga. Because Captain Falcon is chasing those Rouges for a reason.

Faux Pas
Domesticated fox Randy and a farm full of animals (all raised to appear in films and such) living out their days and showing a wild vixen named Cindy the ropes. ...Trust me, it's a lot better than I just made it sound. Give it a go.

Jack
(Mature Content Warning)
At first you may think it's an attempt at a gross-out comic or something of that ilk, especially if you jump it at the wrong installment, but soon you'll find yourself reading more and more, and truly interested at this take on the Grim Reaper. Very well written, often with twists and surprises you weren't expecting. I need to catch up on it, myself, I haven't followed it since the end of the Artie arc (no relation to Prower).

Mega Geable
For Geable is Good, and Gatter is evil. Andrusi's Mega Man comic based off of "Wily Wars" sprites (trust me, any Mega Man comic not based off of MM7 or MM1 sprites is practically an innovator compared to the norm), with his own blend of insanity, obscure references, and parody. But enough of that, I appear in some of the early ones! Hence this is the best comic ever. The end.

Space Devil
A neat sprite comic (with a Sv4-based GBA game in the works) co-developed by Spazz and Matrixx. Unfortunately, as of this writing (02/23) the site JUST had a problem less than a few days ago with the contents being deleted, but I bet it'll be repaired far before I get around to updating this comment, so be sure to check for yourself!

Tales of the Questor
A fantasy storyline about a young raccoon trying to find his lot in life, finally deciding to set out to become a Questor. Very cute artwork with a nice style, as well.

Trosc Winaro
Funny, with an URL like "moogle.keenspace.com", you'd think there would have been a comic there called "Moogle." Maybe at some point a while back there was indeed an MC-centric comic named Moogle that happened to inhabit that webspace for multiple seasons of comics, but I guess we'll never know for sure.

Either way, this comic's made by the same bloke, Leo, and he's funny, so read. Read I say!

VG Cats
Thaaaaaat's pretty much what it's like.

Zelda Comic
A Legend of Zelda sprite comic. A GOOD one. I highly recommend it. And if you've played the game, I also recommend "Aminal Crossing." And no, that's not a typo.
