Tails makes a pitstop in Palmtree Panic, sneaking up behind Amy, one can only assume. The reasons for which have yet to be determined, and educated guesses led to lawsuits by Sega. ^_^ The colorings a bit off on Tails due to a problem mentioned below.

Knuckles shows off some more by simply gliding over the racetrack Metal Sonic follows. Very minor dithering problems occured due to the capture program used by the hoaxer, but otherwise very good.

(Metal) Sonic 2? Metal makes an appearance on the title screen, with a changed copyright date (1999), and altered logo palette (yes, the wings, stripe, and "2" are supposed to be that color). Not bad. ^_^

Metal Sonic finishes Act 1 of Emerald Hill Zone, zooming past the sign. While Metal Sonic is a bit too large (due to the artwork used by Chris_A), othwise a pretty good hoax, with the signpost changed (again, due to the artwork used) and pretty darned good lives icon. ^_^

A follow-up to "metson2.gif", the info comes up for Metal Sonic beating the Act. The text is changed, and all of the changes from metson2.gif are still in effect.

"Nice Cap Zone"! Sonic (even his life icon) and Tails (who had better highlighting on his cap, but lost it due to a bad save at one point) don hats. Knuckles laughs at them for donning hats. Don wonders why he keeps getting mentioned in this caption.

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Metal Sonic all race...in a place (It's a track from F-Zero 2 for the SNES). Metal Sonic is not visible because he's "lagging behind" but we all know it's because the artist could find a shot of the back of Metal Sonic. ;> Yes! I have given away his secret! *Cackle*

Sonic versus Mario in SSB. Really, a lopsided fight, because Smash Brothers is unbalanced. Of COURSE Kirby would win... what... he's not in the fight?
