A*popup*ctually, the picture itself looks kind of natural, what with Tails in there posed like he's in that crowd, stretching his head a bit forward so people can see him.
But then I look at how the characters overlap eachother, and that pretty much is a dead giveaway.
The overlap's too clearly visible.

Yes, but see how fuzzy Cream (Rabbit) looks compared to Cheese (Chao).
And the way Tails' muzzle fuzziness overlaps Cheese just... doesn't look right to me either.
Just zoom in on it a bit, you'll see. It just looks too much like an MSPaint Cut-Paste job to be real.
