Position based in Mountain View, CA.

Work in a team environment within the Corporate Finance Department, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. Primary responsibilities include auditing and processing employee expense reports, converting payments to direct deposit and monitoring the Corporate T&E card program.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, time stamp and process daily accounts payable mail.

Assistant Controller

Position available in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the G/L staff and related accounting functions (fixed assets, bank reconciliations, international/inter-company).
  • Coordinate month-end closing, consolidations, inter-company accounting and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements.
  • Collaborate with external audit staff for quarter end review and year end audit procedures (coordinate PBC requirements) and sign-off.

Payroll Accountant

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in payroll process for over 2,000 employees bi-monthly using ADP.
