Yes, but keep in mind that there is no life bar and infinate boosts. Therefore, it is not the final version. Thus, although, he appears in the movie, ROB may be taken out of the final version. Still, the release date is near. It is possible we will see him...

I'm not Kulock, but set your language in Meele to Japanese, then go to the trophy room (The one with the table displaying all the trophies at once). The NES will be changed to the Japanese version, some boxart is changed, and there is a Virtual Boy that is not present in the English setting.

Try setting your Gamecube to Japanese, not Melee

*blinks* No, Blaze, not the Gamecube, the "Language" setting inside of Melee. Maybe it's different in the version for Europe, but Americans get the Japanese and English choice, and the Japanese choice does some interesting alterations. (Minor things all over the place.) The VB and the consoles around the trophy room are one such choice.
I do know Nintendo of Europe sticks the five languages in, maybe they bumped out the Japanese option because of how much they already had to put in. It'd be interesting to hear the Dutch version of the announcer, if they bothered to change that. :P

Theres a ROB at my local used game store (GameXchange) that they use to hold their business cards, but they have big "Do Not Touch" and "Not For Sale" signs around it.

Actually, only the Gamecube system menus have been translated to Dutch, Melee has no Dutch language option. =\
They got Jurjen Tiersma (One of the people that works at "The" Dutch games mag, Power Unlimited) to translate the manual, that's pretty much it.
I feel so neglected by the gaming companies... c_c
