SMA3 - Yoshi Island Beta stuff? Possible secret extras?
The top one is the one that has me interested -- none of the palletes VBA's tile editor gave me fit the sprites at all, and I don't recall them being used in the game -- ever. Some of them look like part of a monkey, but a very, very different monkey. (I found these in Bigger Boo's Fort)
The second one, the mouse sprites seem unused, different from the ones used in-game.

Apparently after you beat the levels with 100%, you get GBA-specific levels. On the game that looked like it was the laziest port so far, they've FINALLY been doing what I've suggested. ;P Gives me hope for the SMB3 port. Although I just hope the SMB3 port is god-like.

NOW I MUST BUY THIS GAME!
Also, now I'm excited for the SMB3 port. Kulock said earlier that people could play as Toad and Peach with some simple coding. It could have some new GBA world. And they could stick those "One in the whole game" powerups in other places. (Hey, you know how freaken' rare that cool Hammer Bros powerup is? It's only in one place in the Ice World.)

These are weird. I've never seem 'em before. Looks like I've some work to do, then, if there's new sprites in the new levels, too.
You say you found them in Bigger Boo's Fort? Odd. I can recognise two monkeys and a cloud, but none of those, not even another sprite of the same thing, are used in that level.
Hmm, looks like they put some intiative in this game. Good for Nintendo.

Those "Chicken Eggs" are the mice's feet. Yoshi's Island oddly renders most of the sprites seperately, like Yoshi's feet, monkey's hands, mice feet, etc.
Edit: ack, funny looking avatar. Fixed. @o
Edit 2: Hm. Didn't fix it. Ah well! It'll be fixed next post.
