I may be moving to Germany. yay </sarcasm>
My Mom is applying for a job that might end up moving us to Germany. Of course even if she doesn't get the job she'll apply to a job that is anywhere but here.
I really don't want to move, especially since it's my Junior Year and I still want to do a lot of stuff before I graduate... plus I sort of made a little rut here. *sigh* It won't be anytime soon so I'll be safe for now.

My teacher said that when she went to Germany they yelled at her for crossing the street when the sign said "DON'T WALK" but the sign was probably in German.

...At least you'll be closer to where I live....? ^_^;;;
(No really, from my mom's boyfriend's place, it's a half an hour drive to the border of Germany. o.o)
But anyway, I know, moving sucks the big one.
I moved three times already - all those times in somewhat the same neighborhood luckily, but still.
And well, you're lucky you know quite some time in advance, unlike me, where it happened from one to the other day. =\

That does suck mucho, man. Seriously, that does suck. But like H Hog said, at least you know sometime in advance. It's hard to move, being a military brat I've moved a lot, and it really sucks especially when you're so used to it and like you said, started a rut.
But sometimes you really never know if it's a better place. *shrug*
I can't think of anything positive to say either. Oi.

It's not that.
It's not that I think Germany will be a bad place to live , it's just that I just don't want to move right now while I'm in high school.

Well...
...I know I can keep studying and stuff. Actually if my Mom gets the job, I'll end up being at a military school[which is sort of good because if they'll pay for any college I'd like to go to when I graduate]. It'll just be weird moving during my two last years of high school.
Plus I'm attached to where I'm live now. Too attached probably. Yeah, life is a bitch, etc. But I guess it'll just sort of complicate things if I move while I'm in high school.
I don't really have to worry about anything right now, it's just a possibility. I'll just enjoy the time I have here now.

The West is close to other cultures too. They all emigrate here, Canada (very welcoming of foreigners/refugees), America... not Mexico, though... gee, I wonder why...

As for the topic. That most definitetely sucks @_@ but what H said about fair notice. I remember walking home to my house when I was younger and seeing a "SOLD" sign on the front lawn. THAT was a treat.
