nick might just own the rights to the bunny, it -is- possible. As I understand, the bunny was just created for filler, and thus, johnen wouldn't have as much desire to protect his rights to the character like he did with jthm.
And don't have a period thinking that he should sue nick, cause if he can sue tham, he can just as easily sue the 2000 fan pages.
